Below are the corrections and updates we have made:

1. The Procedure to become the final NTUT student delegation has been updated
2. transcripts of English proficiency exams are not mandatory for the application; they are for extra points
3. proofs of participation in Fall 2011 NTUT English-related activities are not mandatory for the application; they are for extra points
4. the two phases of the Reserve Delegation Selection have been more detailedly defined

Don't worry too much about the position paper. Just pick a topic from either GA2nd or GA3rd and do your best. That's all we ask for, really: do your best.

Our apology that the domain name www.ntutgoestonmun.com that was intended for ease for memorizing uses some server redirection technology that the University websense service *just* hates. So, after some trial and error, we are back to the good, old ntutgoestonmun.blogspot.com URL.

The downloadable documents are also downward-saved from their Office 2007 version (.docx and .pptx) to their Office 2003 and below version (.doc and .ppt) to ensure a wider usability of the file.
