Why NTUT GOES TO NMUN?
NTUT GOES TO NMUN is a project headed by the NTUT Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (TLE) and is part of the 2011 Teaching and Learning Excellence Project (Part IV: Cultivating Global Perspective and Global Communication Talents).
The purpose of this project is to expand students international perspective and to promote an internationalized education on campus. By incorporating global issues from the United Nations, the project also aims to bring to students' attention trending global issues, to strengthen students' global communicative competence, and to familiarize students with international etiquette and rules of meeting procedures.
The highlight of this project is the participation in NMUN 2012 that is scheduled to place in New York on April 3 - 7, 2012. NTUT students will go through delegation selection before they represent NTUT to participate in NMUN 2012.
