Reserve Delegation Training

All students who pass the Reserve Delegation Selection on November 8, 2011 need to participate in the following training program. The final NTUT delegation will be announced on December 30, 2011.

About the venue

Unless otherwise specified, all events take place in the different rooms of the General Education Building (共同科館).

About Small Group Discussions

You will be assigned a group in the Training Orientation and Committee Assignment session on November 15. This is what you have to do in the two rounds of the Small Group Discussions:

  • Finish two small group discussions within the specified time frame. That is, you have to finish two small group discussions in each of the two rounds (four in total).
  • Pick the date, time, and venue as you will, and give the information to Ms. Amy Shen before November 17 (for both rounds of the Small Group Discussion)
  • Submit meeting minutes and photos of the Small Group Discussion to Ms. Amy Shen latest two days after the meeting
